General Areas

  • Empty all trash bins and replace liners

  • Remove trash to designated disposal area

  • Vacuum all carpeted areas

  • Vacuum and mop all hard surface floors

  • Clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces (light switches, door handles, phones)

  • Dust and wipe down all surfaces: desks, tables, filing cabinets, shelves (upon request or with permission)

  • Clean interior glass, windows, and doors (remove fingerprints/smudges)

  • Clean and disinfect entrance doors (inside/outside)

  • Remove spider webs from ceilings, corners, and walls

  • Dust blinds (if applicable)

  • Dust baseboards

  • Clean baseboards (damp wipe as needed)

    Restrooms

    • Clean and disinfect toilets and urinals

    • Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops

    • Wipe down mirrors

    • Refill soap, toilet paper, and paper towels (if provided)

    • Vacuum and mop floors with disinfectant

    Break Rooms / Kitchenettes

    • Wipe down exterior of appliances (microwave, fridge, coffee maker)

    • Empty and disinfect trash and recycling bins

    • Refill soap and paper towels (if provided)

    • Vacuum and mop floors
